What is TechMitra?
TechMitra is a directory of useful websites, free online tools, software and games. It brings our independent websites together in one place so you can find the right one quickly.
Are TechMitra products free?
Every card shows a label such as Free. Pricing is set by each website, so please check the product’s own site for its current terms before you rely on it.
Do I need to create an account?
No account or login is needed to use the TechMitra directory. An individual website may offer or require its own account; it will tell you if so.
Do TechMitra products work on mobile?
The TechMitra directory is built mobile-first and works on phones, tablets and computers. Each product website is responsible for its own mobile experience.
Does TechMitra host every product?
No. Every product is an independent website with its own hosting, features and terms. TechMitra lists them and links to the original sites.
Why does a product open another website?
Because each tool lives on its own web address. “Visit Website” takes you straight to the original product, usually in a new tab so you can come back.
How does search work?
Type a name, category or keyword and the cards filter instantly. Search happens in your browser; your search words are not sent anywhere.
What does the Free label mean?
It means the product is offered free of charge by its own website. Some sites may add optional paid features later, which that site will explain.
Is TechMitra safe to use?
The TechMitra directory does not ask for personal information and has no login. The websites you visit are separate, so check each one’s privacy policy and use normal online-safety habits.
Does TechMitra use cookies or tracking?
Not by default. We save your light/dark theme choice in your browser, and the app may cache TechMitra’s own pages for speed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How can I suggest a new website or tool?
Use the Contact page and tell us which task you want to finish. Clear problems lead to the best ideas.
How can I report a problem?
For problems with the TechMitra directory, use the Contact page. For problems inside a tool, contact that product’s own website.
Does TechMitra have an app?
You can install the TechMitra directory as an app from supported browsers using Install Now on the home page. It covers the directory only, not the external product websites.
Does it work offline?
The installed directory can show its own pages and an offline message. The product websites need an internet connection.
Can I use the tools for business work?
Often yes, but terms differ by product. Please read the terms on each product’s website.
